Davenport & White Inc. can trace its roots back to its days as a sole proprietorship building custom homes in San Antonio during the mid 90’s.  The current owners, Cody Davenport and David White met while pursuing their graduate degrees in Construction Management at Texas A&M.  Within a few short years the partnership was formed and Davenport & White Inc. was established.  Each partner brings a wealth of experience and training to the company which ranges from remodeling to land development.  With this diverse experience they are able to produce the highest quality custom homes and home-sites.  Whether it’s a rustic vintage feeling hacienda for a ranch, a modern contemporary home in an urban environment or anything in between, Davenport & White’s range of experience allows the company to deliver the dream home every time.
